Privacy
How inquiry information is held.
ELM STRATA collects only what is needed to assess fit and reply. Information from the public form is not sold.
What is collected.
Name, work email, organization, role, the situation you select, and what you write about the change you need. Timing and referral source if you add them.
The form is the inquiry path. There is no public email or phone on the site.
How it is used.
To review fit, to reply to the work email you give, and to keep a record of the inquiry. It is not sold, and it is not used as a marketing list.
How long it is kept.
Inquiry text is kept only as long as it is needed to respond and to maintain a responsible record of the conversation. Ask, using the same work email, if you want that record deleted.
Do not put secrets in the form.
Do not include regulated, privileged, or highly sensitive material in the public form. If the situation is a fit, those materials can move through an appropriate channel after the first conversation.
Questions about this notice can be sent with an inquiry. Use the Contact form, and say the note is about privacy.
